Athentic Jewels competitions are held in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By participating, you fully accept the following terms:

1. Right to Participate

  • All residents of Greece and Cyprus over the age of 18 have the right to participate.
  • Participation in the contest is free and no purchase is required.
  • The participation of employees of Athentic Jewels and its partners is prohibited.

2. How to Participate

  • Competitions are held through our website and/or our official social media accounts.
  • Interested parties must follow the instructions stated in the relevant competition publication (e.g. follow, like, comment, tag friends, etc.).
  • Each participant may only participate once, unless otherwise stated in the competition publication.

3. Competition Duration

  • The competition has a specific start and end date, which is stated in the relevant announcement.
  • Entries submitted after the end of the competition are considered invalid.

4. Winners Announcement

  • The winner or winners are selected randomly through certified lottery applications or another method referred to in the terms of each competition.
  • Winners will be notified exclusively via private message on Instagram, Facebook or via email.
  • The names of the winners will not be announced publicly , unless they wish to be made public.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the company reserves the right to select a new winner.
  • After the competition has ended, a general announcement may be made that the competition has ended and that the winners have been notified personally.

5. Gifts and Tradition

  • Gifts are personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
  • Gifts are shipped free of charge within Greece and Cyprus.
  • In the event that the gift concerns a service or coupon, its use is subject to the terms of the respective collaborating company.

6. Liability and Modification of Terms

  • Athentic Jewels reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if serious reasons arise.
  • We are not responsible for any technical problems that may prevent participation in the competition.

7. Data Protection

  • Participants provide their information solely for the purpose of the competition.
  • Their data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after the competition is completed.

8. Disclaimer

  • The competition is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
